Using Rooster
Rooster provides tools for collecting website page visits, form submissions, hosted form responses, exports, notifications, and integrations. By using Rooster, you agree to use the service lawfully and only for websites, forms, and data you are authorized to manage.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Rooster may use secure server-side sessions, login notifications, and other safeguards to protect dashboard access.
Connected websites and scripts
You may install Rooster scripts on websites you control or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring your use of tracking, cookies, forms, and visitor data complies with applicable laws and notices.
Hosted forms and submissions
You control the fields, content, branding, and domains used for hosted forms. You are responsible for the information requested from visitors and for handling sensitive data appropriately. Rooster may process submissions, metadata, anti-spam signals, and delivery status to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You may not use Rooster to send spam, collect unlawful data, impersonate others, attack systems, evade limits, interfere with platform security, or process data without proper authority. We may suspend or remove access for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
Plans, limits, and billing
Plans may include limits for websites, submissions, exports, notifications, integrations, support, and AI assistance. Paid plans renew unless cancelled. Pricing and limits may change, but material changes will be communicated where required.
Integrations and third-party services
When you connect integrations such as webhooks or other tools, you authorize Rooster to send selected data to those destinations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Rooster reliable, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, incidents, network issues, third-party outages, or product changes. We may update features to improve reliability, security, or functionality.
Disclaimers and liability
Rooster is provided as-is to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for data loss caused by misuse, third-party systems, or unauthorized access outside our reasonable control.
