Integrations

Connect Rooster to the places where your forms, submissions, and notifications already run.

Integration Catalog

Use this page as the landing page for delivery integrations. Each integration has account-level setup, source-level links, delivery health, and retry behavior.

Email
ImplementedNotifications

Send saved form submissions to an inbox, optionally include submitted field values, and send safe confirmation emails to submitters.

Webhooks
ImplementedHTTP

Deliver signed submission.created JSON events to an endpoint you control after Rooster saves a submission.

Slack
ImplementedOAuth

Connect a workspace and channel through Slack OAuth, then post branded submission alerts without handling webhook URLs manually.

Discord
ImplementedBot

Connect Discord through OAuth, choose a server and channel, then post saved submission alerts to that channel.

Telegram
ImplementedBot

Connect the Rooster Telegram bot to a private chat, group, supergroup, or channel and receive saved submission alerts.

Google Sheets
ImplementedRows

Append saved submissions to a selected spreadsheet and sheet tab, with configurable metadata and submitted-field columns.

How Delivery Integrations Work

Delivery integrations run after Rooster has accepted and saved a form submission. A delivery failure does not block the visitor from completing the form.

Rooster uses a two-step model:

  1. Add the integration to your account from Integrations.
  2. Link that account integration to the specific website or hosted form that should send submissions to it.
TriggerA saved form submission creates delivery work for each integration linked to that website or hosted form.
Account setupThe Integrations page stores the destination, credentials, account-level settings, health, tests, and disconnect controls.
Source linksWebsites and hosted forms decide which connected account integrations receive their submissions.
RetriesWebhook, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Google Sheets delivery attempts are recorded and retried when the failure is retryable.
PrivacySubmitted field values are optional for Email, Webhooks, Slack, Discord, Telegram, and Google Sheets. Metadata can be delivered without full form contents.

Add An Integration To Your Account

Open Integrations in the dashboard. The page has Connected and Available sections.

Use Available to add a new account integration:

  1. Choose Email, Webhook, Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Google Sheets.
  2. Click Connect.
  3. Complete the setup steps for that provider.
  4. Save the integration, authorize the provider, or complete the provider connection flow.
  5. Use the integration's Manage dialog to edit account-level settings, send tests, review delivery health, disable delivery, or disconnect the integration from your account.

After an integration is connected to your account, it is available in the link menu for eligible websites and hosted forms. It does not automatically send submissions from every source just because it exists on your account.

Link An Integration To A Website

Use this when a website added under Websites should send saved submissions to Email, Webhook, Slack, Discord, Telegram, or Google Sheets.

  1. Open Websites.
  2. Find the website.
  3. Open the website action menu.
  4. Choose Link integration. If the website already has at least one linked integration, the action shows View integration.
  5. If no integration is linked yet, the modal opens in Add integration mode. If integrations are already linked, the modal opens in Linked integrations mode.
  6. Click Add integration at the bottom of the modal when you want to link another account integration.
  7. Choose a connected account integration from the dropdown.
  8. Review or adjust the settings for that website link.
  9. Click Link integration.

Only valid connected website domains can link integrations. If the website is pending, invalid, disconnected, or otherwise not verified as a valid connected domain, fix the website setup first.

Link An Integration To A Hosted Form

Use this when a hosted form from Form builder should send saved submissions to a connected account integration.

  1. Open Form builder.
  2. Find the hosted form.
  3. Open the form action menu.
  4. Choose Link integration. If the form already has at least one linked integration, the action shows View integration.
  5. If no integration is linked yet, the modal opens in Add integration mode. If integrations are already linked, the modal opens in Linked integrations mode.
  6. Click Add integration at the bottom of the modal when you want to link another account integration.
  7. Choose a connected account integration from the dropdown.
  8. Review or adjust the settings for that hosted form link.
  9. Click Link integration.

Only published hosted forms can link integrations. Draft or unpublished forms do not show the link action until they are published.

View, Edit, Or Delete Source Links

When a website or hosted form already has linked integrations, open View integration from its action menu.

The modal shows the integrations linked to that source:

  • Use the arrow button to open the account integration page and review the integration details.
  • Use the edit button to change settings for that specific website or hosted form link.
  • Use the delete button to remove the link from that website or hosted form only.

Deleting a source link does not remove the account integration. To remove the account-level integration completely, open Integrations, choose Manage, go to Danger zone, and use Disconnect.

Account Disable Versus Disconnect

Use Disable from an integration's Manage dialog when you want to pause deliveries without removing source links. Existing website and hosted-form links remain in place and can resume when the integration is enabled again.

Use Disconnect when you want to remove that provider from your account. Disconnecting stops deliveries from all websites and hosted forms that were using that account integration. You can add the integration again later from Available.
